Commission

Obligations

• We may suspend or cancel your partnership if we determine that your referral is against our general rules. Read about Discounty terms here.
• Discounty reserves the right to terminate this partnership and your participation in the Affiliate Program immediately and without notice to you, should you commit fraud in your use of the Discounty Affiliate Program, or abuse this program in any way. If Discounty detects any such fraud or abuse, it shall not be liable to you for any commissions related to such fraudulent sales.
• Discounty will not pay for installation rewards if the referral is not successful or it is not on an acceptable Shopify store.

Termination

Either you or we may end this Partnership AT ANY TIME, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Written notice can be in the form of an email.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Partnership at any time at our sole discretion. In such an event, you will be notified by email. Modifications may include but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and Discounty Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to end this Partnership. Your continued participation in Discounty Affiliate Program following the posting of the change notice or new Partnership on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes.

Payment

In the Discounty affiliate program, all Discounty payouts are available 30 days after the withdrawal request. The minimum amount affiliates need to reach in earnings so they can ask to withdraw their balance is 100$.
