What does it cost?
Shipping discount starts on the Lite plan. It is not on the free Starter plan. The progress bar, and more than one step, start on the Essential plan, and the bar needs an automatic discount. Paid plans include a 3-day trial. The pricing page has the rest.
An automatic discount, or a discount code?
Either. An automatic discount applies at checkout with nothing to type. A code must be entered, and only codes support maximum-use limits (total uses and one use per customer).
Can I target by country?
Yes. You choose from the countries in your active Shopify markets: all countries (and optionally exclude some), or only the countries you select.
What is the Shipping Progress Bar?
A live bar on the product page and/or cart that shows how close the shopper is to free or discounted shipping. It only works on an automatic discount, and only one campaign can have it active at a time.
What kinds of shipping discount can I set?
Fixed amount off shipping, a percentage off shipping, or free shipping. You can require no minimum, a minimum order amount, or a minimum item quantity.
Can it stack with other discounts?
Optionally. You can allow it to combine with product discounts and/or order discounts. Combinations are mutual: both sides have to allow the other’s type.
Can I change a campaign while it is running?
While it is live, only the end date and time can move. To change the threshold, the countries or the progress bar, deactivate it, edit, and activate it again, or duplicate it.
Can I make the offer easier to notice?
Yes. Turn on the progress bar: it fills as the basket grows and shows what is left, so the threshold is a target, not a surprise.
